It is important to keep your body in shape during pregnancy to better cope with the demands on the body while carrying a baby and also to prepare you for the physical stresses of labor. Here are some pregnancy exercises you can do while pregnant, and exercises that will help maintain your fitness and get you in the right shape for labor.

Exercise List

These exercises have been selected due to their specificity to the demands of the pregnant woman, and for their safety during pregnancy. You should perform the exercise as directed, and stop immediately if you feel unwell or are in pain. Perform all of these exercises at least three times a week, preferably on alternate days to give yourself time for recovery and adaptation.
